House Peace has a specialized team dedicated specifically for pathologically hoarded spaces. We don’t judge, ridicule, or shame the homeowner. We treat them with kindness and respect, and involve them as much as is reasonable. We have local subcontractors at the ready for need-based add-ons, such as demolition, pest extermination, junk hauling, carpet cleaning, laundry services, repairs, and more.

Hoard clean outs require a site visit by Tara Bremer ($150 to be applied to the final invoice if you book the job), and a customized estimate will be provided. Due to the nature of this work, expect that your estimate will be higher than a normal organizing job. This covers specialized labor, protective clothing, masks, gloves, cleaning supplies, and so on. This service is only offered in Birmingham.
