Making Room Retreat Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (the "Policy") is part of the agreement between House Peace (the "Retreat Organizer") and the participant (the "Participant") attending the Making Room Retreat scheduled to take place from 11-8-24 to 11-10-24 (the "Event").

1. Refund Eligibility:

The Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following refund conditions based on the cancellation date:

a. If the Participant cancels their ticket and requests a refund before August 1, they will be eligible for an 80% refund of the total cost of the retreat.

b. If the Participant cancels their ticket and requests a refund between August 1 and October 25, they will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total cost of the retreat.

c. If the Participant cancels their ticket and requests a refund after October 25, no refund will be issued.

2. Refund Request Process:

To request a refund, the Participant must notify the Retreat Organizer in writing via email or other means specified by the Retreat Organizer. The refund amount will be determined based on the cancellation date according to the conditions outlined in Section 1. To request a refund, you must email info@housepeace.net

3. Refund Payment:

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the refund request. The refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

4. Non-Transferable:

Refunds are non-transferable and are only applicable to the original Participant who made the reservation. 

5. Governing Law:

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alabama.

6. Acknowledgment of Understanding:

By signing up for the Event, the Participant acknowledges that they have read and understand this Refund Policy and agree to its terms.
