How Can I House Peace This?
Hi, House Peacer! This is Penny Thomas, one of the Lead Organizers here at House Peace!
More and more, we are noticing that our wonderful Instagram followers want recommendations for non-organizing things that House Peace would buy, if House Peace was a person.
But in reality, House Peace IS a person! Well, we are persons! House Peace is Tara, Penny, Amy, Kendra, Kristin, and all of our organizing assistants in Alabama and Georgia. We each have our own unique opinions and ideas about the question of “How Can I House Peace This.” We get real-life questions, texts, emails, and DM’s wanting recommendations for decor, clothing, gardening, vehicles, administration organization, and more.
BOLO (or “be on the lookout” for those of you who do not follow true crime like some of us; ahem, Tara and Kristin) for the graphic above when we post it to Instagram stories — it means we are about to recommend a non-organizing but totally worthwhile product!
Some of the latest items we have recommended on Instagram are slouchy jeans (these are men’s jeans that Tara has been wearing lately), a rain barrel, camo joggers, a small tote bag, a battery powered coffee mug, and a petite side table.
Remember, the reason we like these things is because of QUALITY, VERSATILITY, LONGEVITY, and general PEACE when we use them. We don’t like wasting money on too many super trendy or cheapo items that are going to add to the mess or chaos. (Though some of our very favorite things are in fact cheap! This inexpensive little scrub brush has been such a good purchase and tons of Instagram followers bought it when it was mentioned a while back!)
